COMPOSITION

Each dragee contains :

Pyrathiazine theoclate………………………………...... 40 mg

Pyridoxine HCI ( Vitamin B6 ) ……………………….. 37.5 mg

PHARMACOLOGY

Acts centrally by blocking the vomiting reflex impules at emetic centre and trigger zone ( Chemoreceptor Trigger Zone- CTZ ).

INDICATIONS

Prophylaxis in post-operative vomiting, vomiting during pregnancy and vomiting during traveling.

DOSAGE AND ADMINSITRATION

-          Adult : 1 – 2 dragee / day

-          Vomiting traveling can be use ½ dragee before traveling and repeated when required.

-          Chlidren 6 – 12 years : half adult dose.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION

Don’t drive a vehicle or operate machinery while using this medication.

Drowsiness

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Patients who are hypersensitivity to the active ingredients.
